Payment
Online
orders are accepted by credit card and electronic checking
through the secure PayPal shopping cart system.
Please note
that you can buy as many pendants as you wish, the cart will
automatically update and you can make manual changes on the
purchase page prior to ordering.
All
residents of Massachusetts will be charged a 5% sales tax on
their purchases.
Special
and International orders will be invoiced to your email
address through PayPal.
Please allow
one to two weeks for delivery of in-stock items. Feel
free to contact us for special delivery or items that are in
stock.
Your
jewelry will be shipped nestled in a fair trade bag handmade in Guatemala along with a card explaining
the spiritual meaning of your piece.
All
orders are shipped via priority mail.
Exchange
Policy
All
pendants will be graciously accepted for exchange for a higher-priced
item, provided the piece being exchanged is in sellable condition - no
scratches, dings or other imperfections. The price of the original piece
will be deducted from the price of the new item.
**There
are no refunds for shipping costs.
Allow
eight weeks for special orders of yellow, green and pink gold,
as well as platinum.
